Known for producing award winning designs the Manchester studio has developed a reputation for excellence. Headed up by an iconic Manchester architect they produce high quality work in a central Manchester setting. The role: The Associate Director will contribute to the strategic planning of the practice. Using your management capability to supervise teams, you’ll ensure quality measures are adhered to and bring synergy to the existing structure. You’ll also manage important relationships and further cement their reputation for offering excellent client care. Representing the company at corporate events you’ll identify new business opportunities and raise the profile of the practice. There’s a hands-on element to the role and you’ll enhance the skills of the existing teams by leading by example. Your experience: As an experienced Associate Director, you’ll have a proven track record of managing teams within an architectural setting. There’s also a possibility that the role could suit an Associate level architect looking to take the next step. Experience of working for a design-led practice and a portfolio of impressive work will ensure you produce high calibre work. The ability to inspire, motivate, and contribute valuable ideas will take the teams to the next level. Revit skills would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
